To All who may Read or Hear this, Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!

The Work of God must be of paramount supremacy over the work of God's Adversary or that of man alone.

1. The actions of the President of the United States regarding the beliefs and activities of the Church have become so egregious that the Church can no longer afford the luxury of ignoring them or him.

2. In times past, when the Church has been attacked She has risen to the occasion. History has well recorded the blood of Martyrs and Saints spilled in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in time of peril and persecution.

3. We have taught over the millenia that "by their actions ye shall know them." We have been warned that "there will be wars and rumors of wars." We have been assured that He shall come again, although "as a thief in the night."

4. Today shows all the appearance of being that time, although we have been warned not to expect the Lord, that He will act in His time and not in ours. But we have also been charged to "go forth and preach to all nations" and that excludes none, includes all, and in our present day flies contrary to the apparent design of the President of the United States who, by his actions has made it apparent that he views as his enemy the Church of God on Earth.

5. And thus must the Church, in this time of ultimate peril, rise up to this affront to our very existence. In times past, the Church has done this, much to Her glory and eternal credit. And such a time is now.

6. And so, by the authority and power vested in and through Us, by the Action of the Holy Spirit Lord God Almighty, in the Name of our Savior Jesus Christ in unity with God our Father, We do hereby on this day, the Sunday First After Easter, in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine, direct all Catholic Christians to know and abide by this:

6a. That the words and actions of the President of the United States are anathema in Our view and that of Holy Mother Church.

6b. That a Catholic who, upon prayer and consideration of Conscience decides that the demands of a government led by he who is anathema are not of authority or weight is guilty of no sin against God or His Church.

6c. That a Catholic who, upon prayer and consideration of Conscience decides to act thereon and remedy this sin against God and His Church is guilty of no sin against God or against the Church.

7. In the words of that ancient hymn, it is truly time to "rise up, Oh Men of God" and rid us of this disgrace, this affront, this abomination which is anathema to all we hold so dear, so sacred, and so essential to the salvation of our immortal souls.

8. We do not shower him wiht title or award. We condemn him.

9. For his actions, and the policies he attempts to force upon us, We condemn him.

10. For daring to intimidate the People of God We condemn him, and bar him from entering upon the premises of any Church or facility in Our jurisdiction or under Our protection until he make and complete public Penance for his sins against Almighty God.

11. There are those who would say that this is not "politically correct" and to them We say that you are correct. It is inot. But it is morally right. And that is Our mandate, although perhaps not yours. And that is to your shame, but not Ours.

12. There are those who would asay that this is not Christian. And to them We say that you should refresh your knowledge of Christianity, for you could not be more wrong.

13. And there are those who would say that this is "anti-American." And while it is never the role of the Church to espouse a political position on the doings of any particular nation, it pains Us that such a great People could be so fooled, so entranced, so misguided by the words of he who is Anathema that they would allow their own nation to be dismantled before their very eyes.

14. And so We say to them, We are not against America. We are against what America is becoming. America was founded upon the tenets of the Christian faith, and is being led toward a God-less goal by he who knows not the Truth.

15. This We fear; this We mourn; this We oppose; and this We condemn.
